All interns will automatically be enrolled in the IT One Internship program, which offers learning opportunities to hone your consulting skills with hands-on projects and one-on-one mentoring by experienced mentors for on-the-job training. This program uses an employee-centric learning strategy. After the program is through, we would consider to hire you on a full-time basis.
Including technical and soft skills, there are nearly 30,000 self-paced online courses available. As a Scaled Agile Global Transformation Partner, we have a network of qualified trainers, coaches, and Agile implementation specialists worldwide.
As a result, you can upskill or reskill whenever and wherever you choose while working with us.

At IT One, we respect all internship experiences. During your 4-6 months of internship, we treat you like one of our full-time employees by assigning hands-on projects to give you real-life working experiences. You will also receive a welcome gift called a "Survivor kit" containing everything you might need to start working at IT One.
You will attend a first-day orientation to get to know your team, your buddy, and the company.
A daily stipend of THB 550 will be provided to you while you are an intern with us. You can also take part in all engagement activities while working from home or at the office, such as wellness programs and celebratory events.
