SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Consultant to Manager level)

Job Description

  • Mainly will be deployed in client implementation projects.
  • Perform relevant testing to ensure that the system works as expected. Lead the SIT and assist the client in completing the UAT
  • Provide the system cut-over and data migration to ensure that the system can go live successfully.
  • Ensure that project deliverable and documentation are aligned with project standards and client requirements

Qualifications

 

  • Having either HCM or SuccessFactors experience is ok.
  • SuccessFactors Certified is preferable (For SuccessFactors role)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HCM project implementation especially SAP HCM
  • At least 2 – 3 years of SuccessFactors experience. Having in-depth functional experience in implementation and configuration cross modules.
  • Having an ability to analyze “as is” and provide “to be” business processes based on the standard functionality of SuccessFactors.
  • Able to analyze gap and provide configure of the system, interface, and report with mature judgment to ensure that user requirements are addressed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effectively demonstrate the ability to work with teams
  • Having a growth mindset that supports new approaches and ideas for a better workplace
