SAP Fund Management(FM) Consultant (Consultant to Manager level)

Job Description

  • Lead and execute the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP Fund Management (FM) module, including budget planning, availability control, commitment management, and fund reporting.
  • Collaborate with clients and business users to gather and analyze their financial management requirements, and provide recommendations on best practices and system configurations.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients and end-users on SAP FM functionalities and processes.
  • Configure SAP FM module to align with client's business processes, including chart of accounts, funds, functional areas, budget structures, and master data.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP FM with other SAP modules, such as SAP FI, SAP CO, and SAP HR, ensuring seamless flow of financial data.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and stability of SAP FM module.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting, addressing issues and inquiries from clients and end-users.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an SAP Fund Management (FM) Consultant, with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP FM module.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles, budgeting, and fund accounting concepts.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP Fund Management (FM) module functionalities, including budgeting, availability control, commitment management, and reporting.
